Both pregnancy and post pregnancy is a critical time in which your body needs lots of nurturing in order for you to properly care for your new little bundle. Ironically, many of the parts of your body that need more attention during pregnancy are also the same areas that are then taxed from delivery, sleep depreivation and caring for the baby. In this exciting new class, Yoga Instructor, will work with pregnant and news moms to creat a nurturing and fun environment where participants will feel the benefits of yoga in their mind , bodies, souls and bond with their baby (whether they are in belly or out!) In addition, moms get the support of having a community of moms from preganancy through post pregnancy. New moms can choose whether or not they want to bring baby or get a little time to themselves.

What to bring: Pregnant Moms may want to bring a drink of water and wear comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. (Mats are for rent or for sale at the studio as well)
New Moms: May want to bring a blanket for their baby and maybe a rattle or appropriate toy as well as well as a drink and yoga mat. More information for new moms:
