Yoga movement can be one of the very best ways to help and aching back heal. Students learn therapeutic yoga postures(asanas) that focus on chronic back pain and back injuries. This special class focuses on strengthening the back and core muscles, gentle stretches to free the spine, and relazation to encourage spinal musculature to release and relax. A manual is included that can be used by students for the development of their own healing sequence.
