We begin each class with a series of Yin poses to awaken and prepare the body for a sequence of asanas designed to bring alignment, balance and strength into your yoga practice. Like a moving meditation, OM Flow cultivates awareness, mindfulness and presence to reduce stress and increase flexibility in our lives. Each class delves deeply into inner and outer alignment awareness for enhanced standing poses, balances, twists and backbends. You're able to explore inversions and more challenging asanas at your own individual level with one-on-one instruction and guidance.
Through balanced and creative sequences, OM is a catalyst for moving with the breath and listening to our inner intelligence to ensure our practice is source of renewal and healing. Using props and adjustments as needed, you're able to fully engage in each asana in the way that is most appropriate and beneficial for your practice.
