Restorative poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress. Each sequence is designed to move the spine in all directions for enhanced spine health. Gentle inversions reverse the effects of gravity and balance our lymphatic and pulmonary systems for improved immunity, heart health and overall well-being. Forward bends and simple backbends increase the exchange of oxygen to nourish and cleanse cells throughout our bodies. By integrating the breath with each pose, Restorative Yoga increases our sense of inner awareness, balance and focus.
