At UnionStudio Yoga we are aspiring to bring together a variety of class offerings, yoga styles, and individual and group workshops to support the differing needs and lifestyles of our students.

Located in the Tactician Building beside the quietly flowing Shawsheen river, UnionStudio Yoga is a place to find peace and learn to create strength and calmness within. Students of all ages and experience will find an opportunity to live a more balanced life in a stronger body and with a clear mind.

Centrally located with plenty of off-street parking, UnionStudio is a beautiful place to learn and practice yoga.

Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Abbreviated Program with Carole Legro

From the internationally acclaimed program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Schools' Center for Mindfulness MBSR originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 is a highly structured, comprehensive and highly engaging program focused on the development of deep inner resources for coping with everyday life.


6 Week Beginner Series with Trish MacNeil (Owner/Co-Founder)
Sep 20th to Oct 25th from 11:00AM - 12:30PM

UnionStudio Yoga is offering a new six week introductory course with Taisha Weber and Trish MacNeil.

Series begins March 29th. Beginning a yoga practice can be intimidating and overwhelming. Preconceived notions that yoga is only for the ultra-flexbile, or those with superior strength and balance often keep people away. Yoga, however, is a non-competitive practice that helps build self-awareness and wellbeing for participants at all levels, and this beginners series is a great way to get started!
